GLD is committed to providing the highest quality jewelry. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all items that covers any manufacturing defects or breakage. If your piece experiences any issues, we will replace it free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
What materials are used in GLD jewelry?
Our products are crafted using premium materials, including 14k-18k Gold plating, Solid Gold, and 925 Sterling Silver. All stones are hand-set AAA grade Cubic Zirconia or VS+ Diamonds depending on the specific collection.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and solid gold items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. We use high-quality base metals and thick PVD plating to ensure our jewelry does not cause skin discoloration. Following our care instructions will help maintain the finish for years.
Can I track my order?
